Large fans hang above keeping this room quite cozy even on a hot summer day in the South. The whole house is full of custom cabinetry with lovely caramel and cappuccino-flecked granite throughout. The kitchen is spacious and multiple people can cook simultaneously. Fully stocked with multiple appliances, a gas stove with built-in pot filler, and a double oven, this is a chef’s dream. The pantry and refrigerator(s) can be stocked with groceries upon request and if you don’t want to think about cooking yourself, catering or chef-on-demand services are available.

Furnished on this level are a custom built-in bar (which can be stocked with your favorites upon request) and a wine cooler refrigerator so your favorite glass of vino can be served at the right time and perfectly chilled. There is a sitting room (which can also be used as another sleeping space) to share conversations or watch the gorgeous sunrises in the morning. The master bedroom on this level is spacious and full of windows and includes an outdoor patio. Off the deck is the best view of the pool with spectacular views. Along with the huge soccer field at Cedar Ridge, there are many other hidden treasures to explore on our 10+ acres of land.
